Do I need to make an appointment to visit Whole Health Medical Practice?
Please call us today. Same day visits are available. Our doctor is available morning, daytime, evenings and weekends. We even have a doctor that will visit you at your residence 24 hours a day!
How long will my visit take?
Prompt attention is given upon arrival. Most patients at Whole Health Medical Practice are seen in less than one hour – much faster than an overcrowded emergency room.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring a photo ID and your insurance card with you when you visit our center.
Who will provide my medical care?
Whole Health Medical Practice is staffed by a board-certified family physician who is skilled in the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses. Our physician and our physician extenders are dedicated to providing you excellent medical care in a compassionate, respectful manner within a warm, comforting environment.
How much does an office visit cost?
The initial regular office visit fee is 140.00. The initial office visit fee for patients enrolling in our Suboxone treatment program is 250.00, with follow-up visits priced at 150.00. The frequency of follow-up visits is determined on an individual basis.
What payment methods are accepted? Will insurance pay for my claim?
Payment methods include cash, travelers checks and major credit cards. We are sorry, but we cannot accept personal checks. We accept out of network insurance benefits from most major medical plans and most automobile insurance companies for injuries that result from automobile accidents.
